At Project Hope & Fairness, we currently are working in N'Douci, near Abidjan the capital, and Depa and Pezoan, villages in Issia.

 

Cocoa farmers generally work with local cooperatives to sell the beans they grow.

 

The cocoa farmers and cooperatives grow and process the beans, and these beans are sold for processing or export.  Knowledge of the best bean processing methods (fermenting, drying) helps increease the value of the beans.

 

We also work with local entrepreneurs to develop, market, and sell chocolate products in Ivory Coast, United States, and France.
